It takes a rare talent to make it past fifteen years of fame, much less fifteen minutes! The things that make a child star are good genes, good work ethic, and good luck. You can’t just show up and grab an Oscar, you have to work or “werk,” as they say. These stars did it and some of them came out of the oven a little bit differently than others. Look who’s not so short anymore! Jonathan Ke Quan was Data in “The Goonies” and Short Round in “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.” Empire Online claims that his older brother was the one who meant to audition for the role, but casting producers chose him instead. He graduated from the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts and studied Taekwondo under Philip Tan. He was last seen attending the London Film Festival in 2012.
